It has been a few years since the original post , if you only have a single
update repeatedly offering to install , take down the KB#### and search for
that update via
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads
Try and install that single update manually , if you get any errors with the
manual download , that should help you troubleshoot the actual error
preventing the update from installing.
Alternatively you can upload the errors here , and I am sure the community
will try and help.
