Repeatedly recieveing Windows Genuine Advantage

For the last two days now Automatic Updates has been coming on and each time
it is the Windows Genuine Advantage Update.

I have downloaded it several times now, my copy is genuine, yet it keeps
coming up.

Is there anyway to stop this?
