Repeating same updates..

Downloaded and installed:

Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB915597 (Definition 1.14.2021.10)

but WindowsUpdate repeats to download/install this update from some days..
why?!

Besides, *now* WindowsUpdate shows other 4-5 updates (I think old, that is
already downloaded/installed) to download/install: it's very very strange!

Could you help me, please?
