Repeating Updates - Very Annoying! Please help.

I have the automatic updates turned on and for the past, I don't know how
long, it keeps installing the same update!!
Secruity update for Microsoft XML core services 4.0 Service pack 2
(KB936181)
I have installed Service pack 3 and now installing the same update over and
over is getting plain annoying.

Can anyone help me?

Start by removing (add/remove programs) MSXML 4.0 SP2
(KB936181) AND MSXML 4.0 Parser
