Repetitive updates to Windows XP Media Center with SP3

For the past week, at least once a day, when I shut down Windows, it tells me
it will install an update before it powers down. It apparently does so, but
it has done so daily as if the update doesn't install correctly and it needs
to do it again. It is getting tiresome to have this happen on a daily basis.

And the update is...?
