Repetive Install for security Update KB828026

I am using Windows ME with automatic update notification & have downloaded
and installed successfully KB828026 4 times which shows up in my history
also as successfully installed.This is the only update I have ever had a
problem
with.I would like to know if there is a problem with the update or my
computer.
