Yes. Your best chance would be to purchase your new hard disk, and
temporarily install it into an External USB Enclosure. From there, you
can use Acronis TruImage to make a 1-to-1 clone your existing drive,
including the hidden recovery partition.
When that is done, simply swap out the old hard drive with the new one,
and you should be able to continue as though nothing has changed,
although you will now have more free space on you C:. If everything goes
well, you can re-partition you old hard disk and use it in the external
enclosure as a backup drive.
