replying to e-mails

Help! With Vista I am unable to reply to e-mails in one of my accounts. A
reply window opens but I am unable to type anything into the window

And you connect to the Internet how...?
And the answer to The First Question of Troubleshooting is...?
And the details of "one of my accounts" are...? (Obviously you are not going
to give us passwords or your exact email address.)

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time things
worked and the time they didn't?
