replying to emails

I keep getting an error message EVERYTIME I try to reply to an email or
create a new one. Ultimately I get kicked off the internet. I keep hitting
the button to send the error message but it never seems to help.

What is the problem? I can respond from this account through internet
explorer on my computer at work, just no longer from home. Why has this
happened??

I don't think this is a Windows Update problem. One of the other MS
newsgroups - particularly a group for your mail program (you don't what one
you use) - is more likely to be able to help you:
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx Suggest you post the
exact error message, your OS and any other information that might be
relevant - the more information you post the more likely it is that you will
get a helpful response.
