repost: vista ultimate support

hi

I have a machine with 2 sockets which have a dual-core intel CPU
installed so total 2 physical CPU's and 4 core. My vista ultimate can
only see 2 core on CPU-0..

can some one tell me how to enable vista ultimate to see all 4
cores ? I have the latest a5 dell bios installed.

You might have to enable it in the BIOS ? Did you consider contacting Dell support ? What are your
exact hardware specs ?
