Hi Bobbie,
It could be two things -- either there's a firewall in place blocking the connection or a
non-UPnP NAT (aka router) being used. It's typically the latter, and you check the UPnP/NAT
status by clicking the Tools menu (or Alt-T if the menu is hidden), then Options, then
Connection category and wait for a few seconds for it to populate the info.
If it's labeled as non-UPnP, you may just need to switch on UPnP in the router configuration.
