Requesting the File Server Cluster Resource By IP return the Shares on the NODE not File Server Cluster

Hi
I have install and Configure File Server Cluster on 2 node
Each running Windows Server 2008 64 Bit
Node1 IP 192.168.0.1
Node2 IP 192.168.0.2
Cluster IP 192.168.0.3
and there is a file server cluster named as FS with IP 192.168.0.4
I had setup all the shares using the Failover Cluster mgmt and test the
Failover to another node and everything is OK
now the problem that I am facing that when I request the FS Cluster from the
client PC by UNC \\FS the Client get the shares and able to work normally
but when the client request cluster by IP, the result is the list of shares
located on the Cluster owner, Node1 or Node2
the Client dont get the shares on the cluster they got the shares on the
node it self, I dont know what going on

The following services are running on the nodes
Node1 is also running KasperSky Antivirus
Node2 is ruinning WSUS

What can cause such an acting
I had check the DNS and everything seem to be OK

this case, but is there any workaround
