Seems like your file path is messed up... However the solution is simple
enough...

At the comand prompt - change into the directory where secedit is located to
start the command. The reason it cannot run is because your path statement
must not include the directory where secedit lives. If you run the command
in the same directory where secedit is - it will work.

(Check the path statement by typing "path" at a command prompt.)

In case you have Windows XP Home Edition, there's no scedit.exe.
KB313222 applies for Windows XP Professional only.

Bye,
Freu"But you can extract the secedit.exe from SP2 or SP3 for Windows XP
and copy that one into your \Windows\System32 folder and use that
one on your own risk"di
