Hi,

I've just recently reinstalled Windows XP to fix a couple of errors I was
having. I now have dual boot going with my old and new XP versions avilable
at boot time. The problem is that when I run windows update to get all the
updates for my new version it seems to use the download history for my
previous version of XP and doesn't let me download and install the updates
from scratch. Therefore I can't get any update for the new version that I
have already downloaded for the old.

Is there any way of resetting your update history so that I can start
getting the updates from the very start again? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Colin.
