Resizing Icons

MS Vista came with the Compac PC I recently purchased. When I asked how to
resize the icons, the help section told me to right click the icon and when I
got there to click on the VIEW option. The problem is that it doesn't have
VIEW as an option. Is there some other way to change the sixe of the icons
on my screen?

You don't click on the icon itself; you click on a blank area of the desktop
background. You will see the VIEW option then.

If you have scroll wheel on your mouse, you can press and hold CTRL and use
the scroll button. This will allow you to have them about any size you would
like.

Depress and hold the CTRL key then roll the mouse wheel.
