Resolution Notice

After upgrading to Windows XP some of my games have a popup window that keeps
coming up during the game: Resolution Notice: For best picture quality change
resolution to 1280x1024. I then have the choice to 1:Exit & 2isable.
Neither option works. My resolution is already correct. In the games that
worked with Windows ME (Mahjongg Ascension, DxBall 2) I changed the operating
option to Windows ME version. A new game just installed (Jewel Quest) is
compatible with XP but I get the same message. It's annoying because it pops
up over the game and you have to wait for it to disappear to continue. Anyone
else encounter this problem?

Since this is a Windows Update newsgroup, you should ask this in a Windows
XP newsgroup.

Do you have the latest video driver for Windows XP?
