Resore point

Got the error message when trying my first restore of the new computer.

Files and settings were changed.
Transient error (OX800423F3).

Does any one know what this means and how do I fix it?

Hi,

A quick search on google for 0X800423F3 (the leading character should be a
"0", not an "O") reveals that this is a likely to be a problem with VSS.
There are also several reports of interference from Norton/Symantec software
causing this problem. Do you have that installed? If so, I would try
disabling it during the restore operation.
