Hi,
Not sure where to post this.....
When I post a question on a newsgroup and get an email stating that I have a
response and I click on the "read and rate the response" link I get a new
Internet Explorer window that remains blank. It also has the word "Done" in
the lower left corner.
Does anyone know why? Is this a new problem in Vista? They seem to keep
poping up............
Thanks,

I have a feeling you are running ZoneAlarm. If you are, try
uninstalling (don't just disable it) because there is a problem with ZA
and Vista browser(s) like IE and Firefox.

Hi,
Thanks for your response. What the world is Zone Alarm. It's nothing I
have installed.

It is a firewall program that you apparently don't have. Never mind, then.

Thanks Stan
But, what is an ad blocker and how do I find it and disable it? Is it part
of Windows defender or Nortons?
Thanks,

Before "Stan" suggested your problem could be traced to your ad
blocker, he should have had the wits to ask if you have one installed.

You probably don't, and he's an idiot for suggesting without asking.
