restart aftere stabndby "suspend to ram" (s3)

i have a HTPC with windows vista home premium
i use a techinisat skystar2 to see DVB-S channel
and hauppauge HVR-4000 to see DVB-T channel

if i put my PC in standby
after the restart the dvb-T channel work Correctly
but the DVB-S shannel do not work

do you know if there is a solution ?
