Restore DRM licenses from old computer?

I've moved all the files from a Win2000 laptop with WMP 9 to a new hard drive and new
WinXP laptop with WMP 11. There is one .WMV file that won't play because the DRM is
missing.

The Win2000 computer shows license backup files in \My Music\License Backup\.

Can anyone tell me how I can move these licenses on the Win2K laptop to the WinXP
laptop?

Thanks!!!
