Restore a missing "RUN" Command

::*Hi Folks. I know this is easy to do, but for some odd reason I can't
get this to work. I followed about 5 different steps, that I found on
Google. Help me restore \"RUN\" command and \"HELP\" commands, please? I
restored \"Search\" command. If possible just add it to this list, not
replace anything in my list. *::

Then, I also need to reanble "Hibirnate" option.

copy text in red and paste into a command prompt
powercfg -h on -- recreate hibernate file

Right click on Start button > Properties > Customize > scroll down till you
see RUN, put a checkmark next to it > OK > OK

Hello Ilyabyk83,

I noticed that you have the Search button there instead. You might
check with the tutorial below to see if you may have applied one of
these and hopefully be able to restore either "Help" or "Run".
