I installed WLM and everything worls except Stationery. I don't have a My
Stationery folder in my Documents folder. How do I restore the folder? I do
have a Stationery file in the WLM program file, but I can't use it.

Is this in Windows 7?
I have just moved from XP to W7 and copied all the Stationery files (on my
XP laptop) in C/Program Files/Common files/Microsoft Shared/Stationery and
saved them onto a USB key, Then plugged that into the desktop PC with W7 and
copied them into My Documents>My Stationery.
The My Stationery file was there, I didn't have to add it.
If yours isn't, you could making one, certainly worth a try :-)
