Restore Point

I need help to restore my computer to a previous date, because now, the
taskbar keeps flickering every minute or so. I have spyware, virus scanners
and firewalls, can anyone tell me where i can find the restore point to the
previous date i set thank you

Start>Programs>Accessories>System tools>System restore.
Once there, you can undo the restore point you used, come back to now, then
go further back.
