By 'I might say that it is not working also' I take it to mean that you
cannot boot Windows to the Vista desktop? If this is the case can you boot
to Safe Mode? Switch your computer on and keep tapping the F8 key until you
get a menu appear. From the menu select Safe Mode. If you can access the
safe mode desktop you can use system restore from there.
