Where can I find to restore the vista computer to two or three days ago. I
can't go into help because it states that it is not working and then drops
out. The same with Windows Explorer. If I can restore the computer to two
or three days ago it will help. However it might say that it is not working
also.

Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.

If that doesn't work, reboot , hit F8, go into Safe Mode, and try it again
from there.

By 'I might say that it is not working also' I take it to mean that you
cannot boot Windows to the Vista desktop? If this is the case can you boot
to Safe Mode? Switch your computer on and keep tapping the F8 key until you
get a menu appear. From the menu select Safe Mode. If you can access the
safe mode desktop you can use system restore from there.
