Well, the first question you need to answer is if you are logging into the
workstation as a local administrator and the second question is what
exactly have you done/tried?

mtaqi,
I'm not sure how to interpret "restore" but if this is a deleted account
then you will need to create a new account.

Beside the great quantity of info available thru Win+F1 and typing your
topic into the search box, there exists an excellent set of tutorials on
User Accounts and User Profiles on the Vistax64 forum.

Honestly, I think you need to post this in one of the server newsgroups.
It's obvious to me that this is a permissions problem arising because the
workstation is a domain member and it doesn't matter that the profile isn't
a roaming one. But I'm not sure how to deal with it because I'm not a
server guru.

microsoft.public.windows.server.general
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs

http://aumha.org/nntp.htm - list of MS newsgroups

When you post, make sure you include information about the version of Server
that you're using and what happened.

Sorry I wasn't able to help you.
