Restore from windows.old folder

Hi.
My friend was on my computer, while i was not arround, and he accidentaly
installed windows vista on my computer again. I found all the files from
before in the windows.old folder, and I was wondering if it is possioble to
restore my old windows vista from those files.

Accidentally? Some friend! I wouldn't let a friend like that use my
