I just hit the wrong key on my keyboard and deleted 2 hours of a word
document I was writing. Is there any way to restore it. HELP. Thanks,

Ctrl-Z is the keyboard shortcut for undo, usually works for most "wrong key"
issues, if performed immediately.

Ctrl-S is the keyboard shortcut for save, hit it every 5 or 10 minutes to
avoid this problem in the future.

If Word crashed, when you re-open it it should have a recovered document
waiting.
