restore yahoo sitebuilder content

after backup with vista backup/restore and reconfig laptop to oem status i
can not retrieve web page content in yahoo sitebuilder. files and folders
appear to be in restore but can not be opened, one file is listed as
yahoositebuilder.pack and will not open, any suggestions
