resumes unexpectedly from sleep mode

Hi,
My computer resumes automatically by itself at night and I then have to get
up tp turn it off!
I have already diabled the options related to the ability to use the
keyboard or mouse to wake the computer up. It only started doing so about a
month ago. I remember having this problem as well with XP but it got resolved
when I upgraded to vista. But the problem is back.
Any help is more than welcome... I need some sleep!Thanks

Why not just switch the machine off? It might be safer that way.

I had serious problems with my computer when it went to sleep. Found it
safer to just switch it off.

Its quite a common problem.
