Hi, Junkyard Girl.
How computer-talented are you?
It's not easy to really erase an email from a hard disk. (Just ask some of
the folks who have been sued or jailed or fired for stuff they might have
written long, long ago.) But you need certain talents and tools to do the
job. Or a geeky friend that you really REALLY trust.
It might be easier to ask the recipients of those Sent items to Forward them
back to you. Are we talking about one or two, or about thousands of items?
All to one recipient or to many? Sent last week or last year?
If you give us some more details, we might be able to give you more ideas.

Is there a way to retrieve deleted e-mails if they're gone from the deleted
items folder?
