How can I retrieve important files off my hard drive before repairing a
missing or corrupt driver after windows boot manager comes up with an error
about intelide.sys driver being missing or corrupt? The status or flag for
the error is 0xc0000098.

Can you start your PC at all? If you can, run sfc/scannow.
