Retrieving preferred owners in order as set by SetClusterGroupNodeList

I am trying to determine the preferred owners for a cluster group in the same order as displayed in preferred owners (or as set by SetClusterGroupNodeList).

ClusterGroupEnum with CLUSTER_GROUP_ENUM_NODES returns the preferred owners but the order these are returned is not defined.

Is there any way of determining the preferred owners and the order of these ?
