retriving e-mail and folder info

Is it possible in Vista to retrive mail and folders that have mistakenly been
deleted.?????

Hi,

No more possible than in any previous version of Windows. Deleted folders
should still be in the recycle bin unless you emptied it, and emails deleted
are gone for good once you empty the deleted items folder.
