interrupt control not config - checked bios - and it is enabled, i quess the
silicon update was for raid set up - my system only has 1 sata2 hd set up for
raid 1 - jbod system is asus m2n32-sli deluxe mb - nvidia 590 chip would
normally control sata2 to load correctly but now with silicon in control - it
wants to load raid set up - but system has no raid - how to reverse incorrect
load of set up[?- thanks for your input

In your bios, the advanced menu, onboard device configuration, make sure
that the serial-ata controller is enabled and if you have raid set up you
want the raid enabled as well, you also need to make sure that the proper
raid drive is enabled too.

jbod is a form of RAID setup that is set up with the RAID program.

Should have added that you should go into the setup program and make sure
that you set it up for JBOD .
