revocation information error for security certificate

After install XP SRV Pack 2 I started getting the following error on every
webpage I visit. "revocation information for the security certificate for
this site is not available" you click on "OK" and it continues.

I have tried everything I can think of and some other ideas. Does anyone
have any suggestions on fixing this problem.

Try the following;

1) Open IE
2) Select "Tools" from the main menu
3) Select "Internet Options" from the drop down list
4) Select the "Advanced" tab
5) Scroll the list to "Security" and uncheck the entry "Check for server
certification..."
6) Restart
