riched20.dll

i recently updated my pc with service pack 2 and now some of my programs wont
load as it cannot find riched20.dll file.
i did a search and located the file ,i am not sure whether this file is
corrupted.

has anyone else had this problem

Windows version? What "service pack 2"? Does the behavior go away if you
uninstall it?
