Right click problem on vista

I have vista home premium 32 bit on and hp a6220n with an intel core tw
duo

I can't not right click on any icon or use keyboard commands (fo
example F2 to rename, or delete to delete, and so on) but I can righ
click folders. I can left click to use it like normal but i can no
right click.

I've tried to disable UAC, and I am the computer admin

Any ideas

Hello DirtyBird,

You might see if doing a System Restore using a restore point dated
before you had this problem can fix it for you.

Try uninstalling anything that you you have recently installed. This is
being caused by a race condition within windows explorer
