Right click stops working

Does anyone know why, after a while of surfing the 'Net in IE7, my
right-click option stops working? I click it, and nothing happens. Like I'm
clicking on nothing at all. I think I also can't click on things like the
TOOLS and PAGE buttons at the top of the browser.

Whenever I close the browser and open a new one, it seems fine again.

Hi all,

I saw that behavior and there's lot more with this. I cannot open new tabs
in IE7, cannot open (JavaScript) popup windows anymore. I have to kill
iexplore process and run it again.
Just try to open a lot of new pages in new tabs, close some of them, and
repeat. The same behavior on Vista and XP.
