Right Clicking Issues

Being as Microsofts customer service does not come free and sucks ass I am
writing here.

I am having issues with right clicking on icons. I right click, internet
explorer shuts down and restarts. I use alt+enter to act as a right click
with the same results. I tried system restore and it's not functioning
either. I find it to be a complete and total annoyance. Other then that,
everything is fairly peachy.

The ShellExView utility displays the details of shell extensions installed
on your computer, and allows you to easily disable and enable each shell
extension.

ShellExView can be used for solving context-menu problems in Explorer
environment

This is most likely a 3rd party shell extensions issue. Try "Method 2" here:

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:
