Is this the right place?

I am new to this forum, so apologies if this isn't the right place.

I have been using the beta version of Microsoft Anti Spyware and it has been
great. Suddenly it keeps crashing with error 102. It tells me to uninstall
and reinstall. Been there, done that, got the tee shirt. Same problem. Any
ideas?
