RightAlt+s shortcut hijacked by HP

Please, help. The shortcut to small Polish letter \"Ś\"
(RightAlt+s in Polish-Programmers keyboard layout) has been hijacked by
HPSysInfo.exe. HP support guys do not know how to delete the shortcut
(they knew how to delete the HP utility program...). Interesting thing
is that the RightAlt+s does not call the HP utility in other language
layouts.. Vista Home Premium, HP Pavilion a6110n.
Any suggestions?

Wow... you're saying uninstalling the HP utility does NOT return the default
kybd shortcuts? That... would... be... quite unbelievable. Bad HP! Bad!
