Hi
I'd like to change rights for a folder in c:\program files\...
Therefore I use the commandline. The command "Icacls" doesn't work here in
Vista - I allways get permission denied. In Win XP it works properly.

Thanks for your help.

Hello,

have you tried starting the Command prompt with Administrator rights?
Start -> All programs -> Accessories -> right-click Command prompt -> Run as
administrator

Hello,
Thanks for your help.
I tried it and it works marvellous.

Can I do this also in the "normal" command prompt?
I installing a programm as Admin and I want to modify the rights then
because of updates (later...) I would save in this folder.

Thanks again.
