Rip CDs

After switching from Vista to Win 7, when I place a CD in the CD drive, the
RIP view of media center (12) does not appear and no ripping occurs. In
Vista, there was a Rip tab (next to Play and Sync) and the Rip would start
automatically.

Any suggestions?
