Roaming Identity in 8.1

I have Installed the 8.1 BETA on both my main computer and my laptop, and The
new Roaming Identity feature doesn't appear to be working for me right now,
when I went to change my Personal message on my Main computer, and then
signed out of my main computer and signed in my laptop, the WLM on my laptop
did not pick up the change in the personal message.

In Messenger 8.1 beta, did you go to Tools, Options, General, and select "
Use the same display picture and personal message wherever I sign in."?

If you select that option, it *should* work.

Tell me if that works for you.

That was checked when I installed it on both computers.

That was checked by default when I installed it on both computers, I'll try
testing the feature again later today.

I have the same problem - using my laptop and desktop, with the roaming
profile feature selected on both, it never updates my personal message....

Must be some issue somewhere..??

My problem is related to these ones... the personal changes correctly but the
display picture remains unchanged! But only in one way... if I change the
display picture in my laptop, when I sign in my desktop, the picture changes.
On other way round, the picture remains unchanged.

Weird...
