Roaming Identity

Hello.
For some reason my Roaming Identity doesn't work.
I marked: Tools->Options->General -> Sign In -> "Use the same display
picture...."
Then I changed my picture, yet it's not saved.
Any idea why?

Greetings Royi,

Occasionally the server where the roaming plumbing lives doesn't work and then therefore the
feature doesn't work. Try it again.

Is there anyway to know when it works or not?
So I could be sure it's not a local problem?
