roaming profile on win2003

I have a few users with roaming profiles and this works fine in when login
to XP machine; however, when login to Vista workstation I get an error
loading profile and it creates a temp profile.

Any ideas? it is really important to have the roaming load due to shortcuts,
applications, email, etc.
