Greetings Rob7,

Something always came up whenever my former colleague, a systems manager,
and I tried to coordinate a rendezvous to look at this computer.

You so graciously responded to my post regarding Automatic Updates being
shaded grey on August 23 with a remedy.

I gave up on my IT friend and ran the tweak you suggested today - and it
WORKED. I am looking for forward to the first automatic update.
