I updated to I.E. 8 and have had significant problems. I would like to roll
back to I.E. 7. Is it possible?

Roll back okay by method, but if IE8 has a hold on your PC then you cant get
to a help page such as this. Luckily I could use Safari to get a fix - catch
22 for some sole PC users
