Rollup 1 for Service Pack 4

Is there a full version of this update for IT Administrators that doesn't
require web access? The update web site says that it can be downloaded
through the Windows Update Catalog: "You can also download this update rollup
to deploy to multiple Windows 2000-based computers. The package is available
from the Microsoft Download Center. To download the package from the Windows
Update Catalog, search for this article ID number (891861) by using the
Advanced Search Options feature in the Windows Update Catalog". I don't see
any Advanced Search option on the page to which it directs me, nor is there a
reference to the rollup update for SP4 when I browse to "Windows 2000 SP5"
from "Find updates for Microsoft Windows operating systems".

Packs (25) > Rollup 1 is at the very bottom of the list.
