Under " On This Page ", click the 'How to determine whether you have a
minifilter installed' link.
Follow the steps.
If there is a minifilter installed by Counterspy or Trend, then download
the hotifix for XP from the link on the page and install it.
IF NOT : You receive a "0x80070002" or "0x80070003" error code after you
download an update from Windows Update, from Microsoft Update, or from
Windows Server Update Services

If 'Trend Micro' is PC-Cillin Internet Suite, then advise you to ENABLE
the native Windows Firewall and DISABLE the Trend firewall.
